Parent's Dilemma

Most toys out there are educational in some ways but not all. As parents, we have to admit that when we go to toys section area, we come across fancy toys and decides what toys are ok for our child to play with at home. Your child might show interest too since it is fancy and hard to resist, however, what educational values are offered? This we can think through before making any purchase decision.

Your child's interest and what skills you would like your child to develop will probably give you a better idea of what to choose. The way your child uses a toy is far more important than the toy itself in determining the effect of the toy on your child development.

So next time, instead of buying your child fanciful toys, look for toys that encourage creative thinking, brain training and imaginative play.
